Honestly I prefer audiobooks, I do though recommend the Kindle text version of this book.
I couldn’t stand listening to Graham Halstead narrate this.. to me he came across sounding like a nervous teenager, one taking a course in rhetoric in an attempt at overcoming stage fright.
Pauses in narration for periods and commas also come across as to lengthy or just plain wrong, resulting in a distorted flow to the story.
So imho having purchased the kindle version the week it was released, due to not having had anything else to read at the time and not holding out for the audiobook, surely was the way to go this time around.

Thanks for the share, some books I prefer in ebook based on the tempo of the reader in audiobook (I had to speed up like 1.5x sometimes). I haven’t listened to this one yet. But, I definitely appreciate the upload.

Thanks for this. Was wondering if anyone knew why the time is doubled on this file and any fix for it. It can cause problems if you aren’t paying attention because it will start to repeat in a random location at least that’s what it did several times when I tested it and once it flipped to the next file when it should have ended. It’s strange and other than recording it again I have no clue how to fix this issue.
