Okay, this is the 3rd book in the series.
As usual, Andrea Parsneau does an excellent job in narration and, easy on the ears to listen to.
Well written and, continues with the story from book 2 without any alterations or straying from the core idea of the series.

I enjoyed the original Fostering Foust series narrated by Stephanie but right now I’m trying to get through Wild Wastes 5 with her narration and it’s very painful specially with Andrea’s version of the characters still fresh in my head from Wild Wastes 1-4.
If you’re going to replace Andrea, you should probably use at least 2 narrators because she is just that good!

I don’t think he will from what I found out it’s a contact issue on his side and because the fault was on his side andrea just cut ties. They seem at least in the public eye very respectful about it. I would hope he would have the other incomplete series recast so there’s one consistent reader. He did it for fostering Faust.

Yeah, I hope he does recast it all.. I know he wanted Andrea to also redo the Selfless Hero trilogy and Super Sales so everything in the Sovereign-Verse was done by the same narrator. Hopefully that’ll be done someday, I like the idea..

can someone explain the situation? I havent found any info or announcement on either Williams website, his blog or the patreon.
I really like Andrea but honestly having one narrator for everything seems bad, Youll get narrator fatigue. When it comes to Fostering Faust for example i liked Stephanies version more than Andreas. Its kind of jarring when a narrator switches out. I remember when Andrea stopped doing Apocalypse Gates and Tess Irondale took over. It was weird at first but i got used to it quickly.

There you go if that link works, it worked when I checked it but you may have to already be joined on his discord. Either way, that’s the latest announcement on Arand’s discord where he reminds us that Andrea and him has gone separate ways and Stephanie will be doing WW5-6, CC4-6, HoD2-3..
I’m farther along in WW5 now and it’s getting better for me, again I did like Stephanie’s version of Fostering Foust. And nice reminder BTW about Apoc Gates, I had the same reservations with Tess but that went away quick and still enjoy re-listening to them.
IDK, I like the idea of Andrea doing the whole Sovereign-Verse.. But at very least have the same narrator for each trilogy or series in that Verse.
Lol, when I started listening to Super Sales 2 for the first time and realized it wasn’t Jeff Hays I hated it, now hate is a strong word, I really really enjoy the series as a whole and a big part of me really can’t wait for the rest even with Nick doing them, he is a great narrator but Jeff is still better IMO… Sorry Nick.. Still can’t wait though :)

The harem really makes this story annoying. If it wasn’t there this story would be a 10/10 I enjoy the whole building up the outcasts with the knowledge he obtained but his lustful mind parasite is beyond irritating. The hoards of women swooning over Ashley doesn’t bring anything to the story and actually takes away from it.
