Spent a bit listening to this and I had this nagging feeling that I had heard this story before. Realized the author had ripped the anime/LN series Strike the blood. Sure there are some minor differences, and it does diverge from Strike the Blood more in the second book, but all the basics are there.
Went to his Amazon author page to see if there was only 2 books. First thing I saw was his review of the Strike the Blood LN, so I find it hard to believe it was all some accident. And yes there is only 2 books, it’s been more than half a year since the second book came out and the author has released many other books, so it appears he dropped the story.
If you like strike the blood and you want sex in the story and don’t mind the story ending without a real conclusion, this might be worth a listen to. If you haven’t seen or read Strike the Blood, I’d suggest finding it instead.
