Ok… Wow. You guys gotta read this. it is incredibly dated, all the remarks are addressed to middle class males and he suggests you join Toastmasters But keep reading no matter how impatient you feel because there are lists and tips that are awesome. I’m old as Moses now and if I had practiced this system in my youth I never would have frittered away the success I enjoyed. If like me you have AD/HD like me and are completely lacking executive function, this could be your hack. THANKS!
