After one too many failed inventions, Julian has hit rock bottom.
Summoned to another world where gods and monsters roam, Julian continues his streak of bad luck. Rather than touching the Godcore directly, he let his smartphone absorb it. Now, he’s got to figure out how to make the Godcore and his phone work together to help the people who summoned him survive their upcoming annihilation by the mad God of Chains.
He’s going to have to innovate his way out of his bad luck. Good thing Julian has a plan - he’s going to build a factory in a medieval world.

if you like dungeon core / god core type fantasy , along with innovation type story this is for you , i personally always liked the combination of magic and machines , the possibilities are endless , what problems could not be solved with this combination.

Can anyone verify if this is actually a litrpg? It doesn’t sound like one

“Female lead is abusive and cruel beyond any sort of reason and the main character takes it all and for all intensive purposes says yes massa. This book is a horrible string of abuse and threats mixed with forced labor, enslavement, and overall an almost complete lack of morals.”
This review does not fill me with confidence, i don’t like footstool MCs

@batotit
I skimmed through the ebooks that was included and I saw no levels, stats, or skills.
So nah I don’t think this is a LitRPG.
Looks like its based off the game Factorio. And that game is a factory simulator game where you mine/gather resources and build/automate stuff and no levels.

fasd21as23132a2 levels are from the god core upgrading to next levels so litrpg , for a story to classify as litrpg it does not need for the main character to raise levels , the associated items gaining level also are ok to classify as litrpg

fall19 the female lead is hardly abusive i dont even know where you got an idea like that , did you even read the book , i read the book and female lead was hardly abusive , also the place where mc and female lead live is not exactly a good place it it is survival of the fittest jungle rule type place while i am sure the story does not fit your sense of morals that is hardly the book fault ,this book is simply not targeted toward people like you thats all , you might like op mc type stories who dominate women

When people argue over a book its usually one worth reading, thnx for the upload arnold

the censoring on this site is really something else. i cant use “bad words” to describe anything.
@arnoldshmitt I never claimed to have read it. i specifically said it was a review i read. There are multiple ones on amazon and goodreads describing the exact same thing. Abusive female lead and spineless MC.
Its a growing trend of making the female character act pretty much like worst male charcters that everyone dislikes but since its a woman its supposed to be empowering and charming.
Hell a lot of people still think that the women in the wheel of time laughing at Matt Cauthon being “forced” was hilarious.

fall19 what you said is true that their is an agenda to push more strong female centric character in life , in office , in occupations and now in books too , we live in ultra feminist society these days where females are celebrated for them just being females , while men fall into the deep abyss of depression , sense of loss and loss of duty and purpose , break down of family units and its value so i know where your frustrations are coming from , i am a prime example or you could even say to some extent a victim of this world phenomenon , otherwise do you think i will be writing comments on this website since i have nothing better to do

Thanks!

Thank you for the warnings.
I don’t know why people write dislikeable female characters. It sends a very negative message about what to expect from women.
There was a time when people wrote “strong male leads” who were also abusive and uncaring and it was seen as a good thing.
I thought we had advanced beyond such as a society.

“How to test that your strong female character is in fact a strong female character and not merely a strong archetype:
Change that character’s gender to male. If that does not adversely impact the character then it is not a properly written strong female character. It is merely a strong character archetype.”
If you want strong female characters, watch the 1989 movie, “Steel Magnolias.” But, don’t expect to find them in genre fiction. Be careful what you fill your head with…
…Wait, what were we talking about? Oh right, torrent health is 5 stars. I’m listening to one of Alex Raizman’s other books right now, “Wrath.” It’s female MC is a dungeon core that seems a little “off” due to its previous life. Though, it seems it only dislikes humanity. That book seems fine enough, but not great. For this, “Keldora,” book, I went to amazon to read some reviews, but never got past the opening synopsys where red flags are listed:
>After one too many failed inventions, Julian has hit rock bottom.
>Julian continues his streak of bad luck
Then a few reviews later:
>Angst and abuse. Dislikable characters.
>Protagonist is presumably in his late 20s but still wallows in teenage angst. Has almost no self respect.
>Great idea, but the female lead is too toxic to keep reading
>DNF, MC let’s himself be walked over and blamed for every wrong…
>Stop Apolagizing
>What a headache of abusive bunnies. pychoanalyzing blacksmiths and cry baby MC. 30 seconds into this book I wanted to strangle the mc because he refused to pay his bills. By two hours into the book I wanted to cover the Author in meat and drop him in a pit of rats. Halfway into the book I was I was nearly comotose from SJW overload. Please save yoursef. dont even download the sample!
So, yeah, thanks for the additional free audiobook, but I’ll pass. I hope this author’s other non-Keldora books are passable.

Thanks for the good insights, guys. I’m definitely not interested in the kind of stuff you mentioned.
And, arnoldshmitt, if you don’t know about it yet, check out Ryan Long’s podcast (specially on youtube) he’s a good comic for the boys.
I’m also trying to figure out how to upload a book for the first time. Stay safe everyone.

Good upload. Book is awesome, female is not abusive and it is a litrpg. People have to remember to take comments with a grain of salt, half the time people are just spewing crap out there but because they have nothing else to do and haven’t even listened to the book in the first place. It’s a good book, I would recommend it oh, kind of like dr. Stone on steroids

Is there a Book 2?

Main character does angst, make mistakes, and get chewed out for some of the bigger ones. He comes back from the mistakes and earns back trust though. I didn’t see any abuse, though there is a general distrust of the new guy because they don’t know him and they aren’t given much time or reason to overcome that in this book. The MC isn’t so much a doormat as knocked on his ass by his initial circumstances and lost in a new world he doesn’t understand yet, trying to fix his unintended blunders while he’s still finding his feet. Even if you don’t like how much he’s getting knocked down, there’s room for him to grow into his position and you to enjoy the series as it goes on (that’s what we call character growth), although I can’t make any promises since I haven’t read more than this book. If you want a confident power-lead from the get-go, you won’t find it here, but luckily there are plenty of other books in the genre that will meet that desire. =) Meanwhile, thanks for the read.
