Great story, slow seeds. The M4b format means you need to use a player like VLC or iTunes due to being an Apple audiobook format.

You can easily convert this to ANY format with a free program called “FreeMake Audio Converter”. It also allows you to choose number of channels, sample rate and bit rate for the output file. Be sure to select “Custom Install” and/or un-check or refuse any other packaged software you don’t want. Most freeware out there is packaging other software these days. Just say no.
