Since this book isn’t available in audio, I assembled it from YouTube videos. I couldn’t endure listening to the annoying (New York?) accent, terrible sound quality, and stumbling of the reader that was included in the series available on this site, so decided to find another version. I split chapters 2 & 3 into separate files, and have included a pdf. There are two different readers, but they both read very well.
